Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for registering for Walk For Life – Stride Against Cancer 2026, organised by CanSupport. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

  1. Registration Fees: All registration fees are utilized towards CanSupport’s free-of-charge palliative care services. Once a registration/payment is completed, it is non-refundable.
  2. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that CanSupport cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances:
  • Participants will be informed by email/SMS and through our website.
  • CanSupport may offer an option to transfer the registration to a future event, but no cash refund will be made
  1. Participant-Initiated Cancellation: If a participant is unable to attend, the registration fee will not be refunded. However, participants may transfer their registration to another person up to 5 days before the event.
  2. Technical or Duplicate Payments

In case of: ‘Duplicate payments’, or ‘Amount debited but confirmation not received’, participants may write to events@cansupport.org with transaction details. Such cases will be reviewed and refunded within 7–10 working days, if applicable.
